"Lazy VIP"

With the “Lazy VIP” feature, you can allow guests to enter your event even if they haven’t registered, as long as they’re on your main invitation list. It could be a special VIP, a star performer, a band, or anyone you don’t need to identify by name — but you still want them to breeze past the check-in desk. 😀

Our app is available for both Android and iPhone, giving you a check-in system that matches your brand identity. It’s super easy to use, and even if the internet is spotty on-site, we’ve got you covered — so you’ll never face an awkward situation.

 

Automated Check-In

If you want to save on staffing costs, the eeventee mobile app can also be used in kiosk mode. This allows your guests to scan their code and gain entry without any staff intervention, using a compatible device*.

 

*We can provide various devices on request, such as iPads, stands, and more.

No Panic

If a guest forgets their phone or can’t find the confirmation email with their QR code, there are still two easy ways for them to enter your event:

  • They can enter their short ID code into the check-in system.
  • They can be admitted using name and email verification.

 

Seating

If you want your guests seated according to a predefined seating plan, the check-in process does more than just validate entry. The system also shows exactly which table your guest has been assigned to, making seating effortless and organized.

 

Group Allocation

ps, the system will show during check-in which group each guest belongs to, which wristband they should receive, or where they should be directed — making group management seamless.

 

"Lazy VIP" check-in

Our system also allows invited guests who haven’t registered to enter your event. Simply enable this feature, and the guest can provide their name and title, or status/role to gain entry — hassle-free and fully controlled by you.

Analytics

Invitation Statistics

Our analytics module is with you from the very first moment to help you stay on top. After sending invitations, you can see who has responded, who will attend, who won’t, and who’s still undecided. You can resend invitations to the undecided, and set automatic reminders for the others to ensure no one forgets your big event.

 

Event Statistics

Our check-in app also provides real-time analytics, so after the event, you’ll know exactly who attended and who didn’t.

Follow-Up Insights

After the event, we store your data for 60 days, giving you plenty of time to review your analytics. If you wish, you can also send follow-up messages to attendees directly from our system.
